Our work is rooted in the belief that healthy communities depend on a healthy environment, and vice versa.
At ZEHO, we’re dedicated to improving the well-being of both people and the environment in Zanzibar. Through education, behaviour change techniques, and community-driven solutions, we tackle the root causes of health and environmental challenges.
From school classrooms and orphanages to rural villages, our approach is hands-on, community-led, and grounded in care for both people and the planet.
ZEHO is a member of the Global Climate and Health Alliance (GCHA).
GCHA unites and mobilises the health community worldwide and accelerates climate action to protect and improve health for all.
